We ship to almost everywhere in the world using FedEx International Priority services. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. Please note that the shipping time varies widely.

Shipping to someone else's address
You can ship to any address, as long as your billing address is correct. When you register your account, you will have an address book, in which you can store multiple addresses and ship to any one, at your choice.
Electron.com has the right to hold any orders that are suspected of fraudulent activity.
We allow you to return all new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus actual shipping costs we incurred). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, we'll pay these shipping costs, of course. If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we'll work with you to get it replaced.
Return Eligibility Items must be in unused, in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Personalized items cannot be returned. This includes kits and any linear product that we cut-to-length.
1. Before you can return a product, pls send us an email and specify the reason you're going of return.
2. We'll contact you with further information and confirm we accept return. Pls, don't skip step 1. It will save time both of us.

4. When will I receive a credit?
Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected - you will be notified via email.
