International Shipping & Overseas Shipping

We ship to almost everywhere in the world using FedEx International Priority services. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. Please note that the shipping time varies widely.

If you have a specific request for shipping (or you have your own courier), please contact us before you place an order and we'll try our best to support you.
Pls, be informed we're situated in Europe and we're not able to use your own courier or shipping option sometimes.

If you don't receive your order on time, please contact us immediately at sales@electron.com or support@electron.com for further assistance.

Shipping to P.O. BOX

Pls, be informed, we don't  send a shippment to P.O. BOX (due to restrictions of FedEx)
If you provide us P.O. BOX as a shipping address, we'll contact you by return and ask you for other address. If you don't give us a new address, we'll refund you the money and your order will be cancelled.

Shipping to someone else's address

You can ship to any address, as long as your billing address is correct. When you register your account, you will have an address book, in which you can store multiple addresses and ship to any one, at your choice.
